2. Payment Instruction

payment, please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
•If you have anything need to be specified arrange, please make a note when you pay. Better send us an
Email as well, so that we can help you.
•If you come across with any problems regarding to the payment issue, please feel free to contact us.


 

3.Delivery Information
•All items are shipping from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Strictly no pickup.
We ship your items within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Your items will be well packaged. Fast
Shipping by Australia Post or Fastway, It will take about 3-7 business days for delivery. Areas in North
Territory may require about 3weeks to finish the delivery. We ask for your understand. But if you still do not
received your parcel, please don't hesitate to contact us.
•After shipment we will send you an Email to inform you tracking number if we have it, installation precautions
and measures for after-sales problems, so please be sure to fill in the correct emailaddress information. Before
you install your light, please find this mail and read it first, so you light can have a long life.


 

4.Return Policy
•All of the products bought from our website can enjoy a warranty promise during a specified period of time
(Please notice the package or the description of the light, as the warranty duration is different from product to
product).
•We offer a full Australian warranty on our products against manufacture faults. If goods arrive with a fault,
please contract us first before sending the item back. After we receive the returning item, we will conduct
inspection to confirm its faulty reason. Artificial damage or overload working will avoid all warranty.
•If the item/s is come with faulty, please contact us. Our kindly staffs are more than happy to help you. If after
inspection, the faulty is due to manufacture problems, we will send you the replacement as well as taking
responsible of the postage fee.
•If a customer purchases the wrong item and require a refund. And it is due to the liability of the customer not
identifying his/ her needs before purchasing. Then the customer will be surcharged 15% of his/ her payment.
And the postage fee won't be refund, as it is charged by the carrier.
•It is both of the duty of the buyer and seller to make a correct deal. As the buyer will be charged of a final
value fee after the deals make. And it also cost time of our warehouse staffs to deal with your order and
packing your items.
