Our Return Policy
We offer a full guarantee and Australian warranty on our products (12 months, unless stated otherwise) against manufacturer faults. If goods arrive with a fault please contact us immediately before sending the item back. Buyers are responsible for all charges on return items. You can apply for refund or exchange. Exchange will be given after we inspect the faulty product. If you apply for refund, refund will be given as money back, but only applies for the cost of the item. We don't have a refund policy for customers who change their mind after purchasing.
12 Months Exchange Warranty

To remove your “risk” and being confident of our high quality products, we offer a 12 months exchange warranty for all the goods we sold. if your product is faulty within 12 months after you buy it. You can send it back to us and we will exchange it with a completed new one for you. Please note: products will be tested to confirm they are faulty. If products are deemed working, the customer is required to pay the return postage for the item.
