Your pack shipment
Your parcel will be sent out within 1 business day after payment. And we will use Australia post or Fastway courier to send out your parcel. It takes 3-7 days normally.
If you want faster delivery, please choose Australian express delivery option at the checkout process, it may cost you a bit more. Impacted by the COVID, it may takes longer than before. And the delivery time is handled by the carrier, as a seller, we can not guarantee. We ask for your understanding.
Before apply for a return or refund, please contact our staff firstly, and we will provide an address for return. Please keep the product at good status, as the faulty product caused by you may avoid your warranty.
